Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact us at support@salumun.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. In approved cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
